Contains; Microdermabrasion Creme, 5.3 oz.; 2 small round foam applicators to be used on the face; 1 large round foam applicator is ideal for the body; 1 triangle foam applicator to be used for reaching those hard to reach areas like the sides of the nose, and in between fingers and toes; A lightweight hand held resurfacing tool to thoroughly, effectively and easily reveal the smoother, younger and healthier looking skin beneath the surface. Cleanse face thoroughly, attach one of the foam applicators to the battery operated resurfacing tool, apply creme to the applicator and using circular motions work creme into the skin for to a maximum of 2 minutes on any treatment area. Before rinsing gently sweep skin with a dry towel, dusting off creme and crystals. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Initially perform treatments daily for 5 days, skip 5 days before beginning your personal microdermabrasion and physical rejuvenation program. Generally 2-4 treatment per week.
